The third of the four places where the Cochrane-Patrick Arms appear in the church is on the South wall of the Cunningham Aisle.
The comment of the Lyon Court is:- "These would appear to show the Arms of the representer of the House of Cochrane-Patrick of Woodside and Ladyland as recorded for Neil James Kennedy Cochrane-Patrick".
This is a departure from the normal use in showing the Arms of the father. The eldest son displays the Arms of his father, differenced by the addition of a "Label". This resembles a capital "E" turned over to the right and placed on the "Chief", the upper part of a shield.

See End Note for more comment on this memorial.
